Thanksgiving is over, and that means holiday shopping season is in full swing. Luckily, we’ve put together a list of our best gift ideas. Some of them are our all-time favorite things – others, we’re secretly hoping will appear under the tree. No matter what, they’re the coolest things on the planet, and you should definitely check them out. So, whether you’re shopping for a co-worker, your company or even yourself, this is our list of must-have items for all of your favorite peeps.

For “the rebel.” We hope every family, circle of friends and office space is lucky enough to have one these outrageous characters. Treat them well.

Spray Chalk – You don’t want your favorite rabble-rouser to end up behind bars. Temporary marks are just as cool without the consequences.

Trespass. A History of Uncommissioned Urban Art – This book is one of our favorite new street art releases, and it’s Taschen, so you know it’s well done.

Obey Awareness Goodies – Because your rebel is a rebel with a cause.

Flip Video Camera – To record all those Evil Kneivel attempts and triumphs and upload them for the world to see.

Sticker Maker – Sticker bombing is a cherished rebel pastime. Why not help yours on her way to street art fame?

For “the daily grinder.” Make their desk, daily routine, and marketing tactics better than ever with these apps, tools, and gadgets.

Sharpie Markers – Thin, thick, colored or just good ol’ black. Nothing writes better than a Sharpie. Also good for bathroom walls and poster “enhancements.”

Apps, Apps and More Apps – You want to make someone’s life a little better? Make sure they’re taking advantage of all the free tools out there. It’s the gift that keeps on giving that you don’t even have to pay for. (Seriously, this is not a good gift, but it is a good idea.)

Customized Stamps – You care enough to send the very best (in the mail), so why not include your face?

Light Bulb Paper clips – To hold all those “aha!” ideas together. Plus they look fabulous on any desk.

Custom Coffee Mug – Caffeinated and personal. It doesn’t get any better than that.

Tassimo – Give the gift that keeps on giving, one delicious cup full at a time.

Help Out a Kickstarter – It’s always worth it to give back to the creative community, and there’s no easier way than through Kickstarter.

For“Mr./Miss Gut-Feeling.” They’re always hungry. They have great taste (pun intended). They are you.

The Urban Picnic Basket – Just because you’re inside the loop doesn’t mean you can’t have a sweet (or savory) picnic – and it’s all biodegradable!

St. Arnold’s Six-Pack – The holidays just aren’t the same without some Christmas Ale.

Recipe for Success Donation – Your foodie wants to share the joy of healthy eating with everyone, so make a donation in their name.

DaCapo’s Sugar Cookies – Of course, all the desserts are delicious, but we’re pretty sure there’s nothing more satisfying (for $1.25) than one of their famed sugar cookies.

City Hall Farmer’s Market Experience – It’s hard to beat a trip to the farmer’s market. Make the event special by hosting a picnic!

Edward’s Frozen Pies – If you don’t have time for baking, look no further.  Edward’s pies come in too many delicious flavors to count (ok, 15) and are sure to leave your food savvy pals licking their plates.

Fondue Pot – I think we all can agree that dipping things in cheese or chocolate makes the world a better place.  A fondue pot will allow your foodie friend to host the tastiest holiday party on the block.

For the “coolest person you know.” This person is always on the cutting-edge of culture, art, and music. This person may also be a darkly-colored wooly farm animal.

The Decemberists “The King is Dead” LP – Yeah, they won’t ACTUALLY get it until January 18, but we think it’s well worth the wait. Pre-order OR buy at your favorite local record store.

Holga 35mm Camera – High contrast. Vintage appeal. Enough said. (one in each color, por favor.)

Vintage Cocktail Book – We’ve already started looking for THE drink of 2011. Combine this book with a bottle of fancy liquor, and you’ll come home a hero.

Hammer and Tongs DVD Collection – These music videos are some of the best, and hey, they probably already have the Michel Gondry collection.

Repurposed Yarn – Whether your “coolest person” is crafty or not, we bet they’ll get a kick out this yarn made from 100% recycled yarn and fiber. Can we say perfect sheep gift?

Build Your Own Bike – Reasons: 1) Building things is fun, 2) Riding bikes is fun and 3)Riding bikes during pub crawls is even more fun. Three birds, one stone, my friends.

The holidays have never been easier! Now you can cross off your list and get back to the important stuff – like watching old movies and updating your Facebook picture with an elf hat. What are you asking for this year? Who’s on your “good” list?
